Yuetong (Aria) Zha, MS, ALMFT

Yuetong (Aria) Zha is a bilingual Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy in English and Mandarin Chinese to individuals, couples, and families. She earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and is currently practicing at OnPoint Counseling.

Aria’s areas of focus include relationship issues, family conflict, and navigating immigration and cross-cultural experiences. She helps clients explore how relationships, family patterns, and broader social contexts shape their lives while developing practical tools for meaningful change.

Her collaborative approach is grounded in Integrative Systemic Therapy and draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She tailors sessions to each client’s needs, strengths, and goals, creating space for curiosity, honest reflection, and new ways of relating to oneself and others. Aria offers both in-person and telehealth sessions.
