I specialize in working with folks who are navigating multiple identities, holding worries and anxieties, and hoping to break the cycles of intergenerational trauma. As a first-generation immigrant, I understand the challenges of feeling “in-between," balancing different expectations, meanings, and ways of belonging. Finding a therapist can feel especially difficult when navigating cultural stigmas around mental health. I believe trust is earned and that healing happens in relationships when we feel safe, supported, and seen.

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can slow down, tune into the present moment, expand our ways of coping, and reconnect with yourself.

My approach integrates client-centered therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and trauma informed practices.
