      • Rachel Lee

Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I believe the family can be the greatest source of support, pain, and resilience. We are impacted by the systems we are a part of, and a big part of therapeutic work is understanding how we operate in the context of our relationships. I work as a Child & Adolescent Family Therapist in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care, bridging the gap between inpatient psychiatric care and long-term outpatient therapy.

I use a culturally sensitive and curious approach in providing evidence based CBT/DBT interventions while also processing intergenerational family dynamics through an integrative approach. I work with a collaborative team of psychiatrists, behavioral specialists, dieticians, nurses, and education specialists to tailor individualized treatment plans for families. My goal is largely empowering parents in crisis to lift accommodations and practice effective modeling to refrain from perpetuating unhealthy relational patterns. If your child's daily age appropriate functioning is constrained by debilitating obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, suicide ideation/self harm, and/or school refusal - please reach out for a screening assessment.

As a Taiwanese immigrant, I understand the stigma of seeking psychotherapy and psychiatric treatment in light of racial-ethnic cultural expectations. My hope is to co-construct new experiences together to meet specific goals for your family.

I am currently accepting new clients.
