Nancy Bhagat-Boyd, MA
Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling, Pre-Licensed ProfessionalDo you sometimes feel pulled in many directions, maybe caught between expectations from your family, your community, or yourself? Maybe anxiety, past trauma, or relationship and family challenges are making it hard to feel steady or to take care of yourself. Or perhaps you are navigating a life transition and are unsure where to start. These experiences can leave you feeling tired, stuck, or even isolated.
As a client you bring the most vulnerable parts of yourself you have kept hidden or struggled with quietly for years. Thank you for taking a step of faith in reaching out. I would be honored to walk alongside you with care and curiosity.
I provide a warm, collaborative space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we will explore your story, uncover patterns, and find ways to feel steadier and more connected. My approach is client-centered, narrative, and multicultural, and if desired, I can also integrate faith into sessions. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we approach your experiences with curiosity and compassion. Helping you gain clarity and self-awareness. Even if you’re unsure where to start, simply taking the step to reach out is meaningful.
My own journey has taught me that healing is rarely a straight line. Life has a way of bringing back old wounds in new forms, and therapy gave me the space to process and move forward. That experience shapes the compassion and understanding I bring to my work with clients.
I provide therapy in English for clients of all backgrounds, and I also offer sessions in Nepali and Hindi, particularly for South Asian clients.
