Michelle Lee, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in international relations, I had the opportunity to work and connect with minority groups in Thailand and South Korea. This led to a desire to continue to connect with marginalized groups, as well as those who may not feel seen and heard while being respected within their own cultural context. Now with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Trinity International University, I’m passionate about helping those who struggle to navigate through life’s stressors by providing individualized treatment plans based on my experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I provide online therapy to individual adults and families, focusing on depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, trauma, emotional regulation, grief and loss.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I provide psychotherapy in both English and Korean, offering culturally responsive care that honors each client’s background and personal values. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges, strengthen resilience, and cultivate greater autonomy and personal growth.
