Katie Thorrud, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of A Place to Pause, a practice that helps adults navigate life's transitions with greater clarity, connection, and intention. She specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, grief, and major life changes.
Drawing from mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), relational and interpersonal approaches, and strengths-based practices, Katie creates space for reflection, meaning-making, and sustainable growth.
