- Jamie An, MSMaster of Science
I believe that the quality of relationships is an important factor that determines the quality of life, whether it is relationship with the self, partner, friends, colleague or family members. Everyone has a story that forms one’s thinking patterns, belief systems, and behavior. I prioritize helping clients recognize them and explore new meaning and perception to modify thoughts, emotions, and behavior to ultimately reduce symptoms.
I enjoy assisting individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing relational conflicts that contribute to mental health. I focus on incorporating cultural lens into my practice and explore how one’s culture impacts the thought process, emotion, values, behavior, and relationship dynamics.Email: an156@pnw.edu
