Ayna’s therapeutic expertise spans a wide spectrum, specializing in supporting children, teens, adults, and couples grappling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, and identity exploration. She integrates modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy which seeks to help clients unravel their life stories. Together, they explore their personal roles as narrators, the characters who shape their stories, and those they may need to release. This process empowers individuals to reclaim their narratives and forge new paths forward.
