I offer a trusting and safe environment where I apply a holistic approach to help my clients move towards a healthy and fulfilling life. Through empathy and trust, I deliver client-centered counseling to address depression, anxiety, grief, conflict, life transitions, and issues with self-esteem, gender, and cultural identity.
My goal is to help clients overcome challenging situations and negative thought patterns through the use of therapeutic modalities, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR.
