My areas of expertise include: premarital counseling, discernment counseling, interracial relationships, consensual non-monogamy, teen pregnancy/parenthood, codependency, infertility and pregnancy concerns, helping couples navigate financial differences or struggles, helping couples who have different attachment styles and singles who are navigating dating, going through breakups or are unsure if they should stay or leave a relationship.

Relationships are key to our happiness and health. I work with all relationships (couples, spouses, partners, families, friendships, and/or open relationships). I take the perspective of how the people and circumstances around you impact your mental health. Connection with others is as necessary as our need for food, water, and shelter. I help individuals, couples, and families approach their problems, and blocks and give them tools to overcome them, rather than avoiding them. I am excited to help you recognize what you need in the face of difficulty to have you feel successful and confident in your life.
