Tina Chen, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
In life, we’re always trying to make sense of who we are and why things happen the way they do. And sometimes, we find ourselves doing things without fully understanding why. In therapy, we work together to create a new kind of experience, a space where you can tell your own story and begin to relate to yourself in a different way. We acknowledge the grief, anger, and pain in the room, and we let them become a part of
us that we find strength in.
Together, we gently unveil the different facets of who you are and begin to piece together a version of you that feels more whole and true. As we make sense of the past, we begin to write a new story that is rooted in awareness, freedom, and resilience. I specialize in working with clients navigating relationship challenges, complex trauma, cultural transition, sexual abuse, and personality disorders. My approach integrates psychodynamic, feminist, and existential frameworks. I work with individuals and couples, both in-person and online.
