Jean Lee, LPC
Licensed Professional CounselorI work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they move toward growth, healing, and meaningful change.
To me, therapy is both a science and an art, a space where evidence-based care meets the rhythm of each person’s story. I’m committed to supporting well-being through a culturally responsive lens that respects the complexity and uniqueness of each individual.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Master’s degree in Flute Performance. These two paths — therapy and music — continue to shape my work in meaningful ways, reminding me that healing is often nonlinear, creative, and deeply personal.
