I enjoy assisting individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing relational conflicts that contribute to mental health. I work with the issue of infidelity, high conflict couples and families who are struggling to connect. I also work with immigrants and first generation individuals who have challenges with the culture inside and outside of their family. Helping clients realize their identity and authentic self is a passion of mine.

I have lived in Seoul, Germany, and the United States. Having lived in many cultures, I find there are many ways to be. Culture can help define your identity, and so can family. Let's explore the stories of your life and what's important to you. Together we will help you identify what behaviors are stopping you from experiencing rich relationships.

When we experience a lot of conflict, reaching out to get support and make change does not always seem possible. You're not alone. There are things you can learn about yourself and others that can change how you interact- and life can get better. By making sense of our lives, we can expand our choices for love and connection.
