Associate Licensed Marriage and Family TherapistHebe is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. Her clinical specialties include addressing trauma, relationship challenges—particularly infidelity—attachment struggles, and the complexities of adjusting to life in new cultures. Hebe is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate these challenges, creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment.
Hebe takes a strengths-based, emotion-focused approach to therapy, tailoring her work to meet each client’s unique needs. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), the Gottman Method, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), integrating these modalities to create personalized and effective treatment plans.
Hebe earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science with a minor in Human Development and Family Science from Purdue University and her master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Purdue University Northwest. With experience working with diverse populations, including immigrants and BIPOC individuals, Hebe is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, enabling her to provide culturally sensitive care to a broad range of clients.
