Ngày Mai translates to “tomorrow” in Vietnamese. At Ngày Mai, we are dedicated to guiding individuals toward a brighter future by providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. Our mission is to empower clients to understand and overcome their challenges, equipping them with the tools and support they need to improve their mental well-being. We believe that every person has the potential for growth and healing, and together, we will help them see a better tomorrow.

Cathy specializes in helping individuals with depression, anxiety, attention deficits disorders, mood disorders, insomnia and more. She will work with clients to incorporate behavioral modifications, holistic techniques and medications to alleviate symptoms.

Cathy has experience with mental health nursing in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room settings since 2018. Working across these environments has given Cathy a deep understanding of how mental health shows up in real life. Her approach is centered on seeing the whole person and not just a diagnosis. Cathy believes in meaningful care that goes beyond simply managing symptoms with medications. Instead, she focuses on understanding the emotional, psychological and life experiences. Cathy will collaborate with clients to create a safe, supportive and respectful environment. She is currently licensed to provide care to clients in Illinois and Iowa.
