Angela Pak, ALMFT
Associate Licensed Marriage and Family TherapistAngela is an associate marriage and family therapist who helps clients navigate relationships, identity, and emotional overwhelm with curiosity and compassion. She brings experience from private practice and group therapy settings, including IOP and PHP programs for adolescents and adults.
Angela earned her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Wheaton College. Rooted in attachment theory (“the theory of everything,” as she likes to say), she weaves together Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and various body-based/somatic interventions to help clients feel more connected—to themselves and to others.
Her clients are often seeking clarity and freedom as they explore their stories and envision how they want to move forward. Angela is accepting new clients at Bristlecone Therapy—a relationship-focused, body-informed, spiritually-sensitive practice in Wheaton, IL.Office Locations:
